This means that you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, and Casa Lureto will cover the standard return shipping costs, subject to the conditions below.

Return Shipping
For eligible returns requested within our 30-day return period, we provide free standard return shipping.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund.
Approved refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed or required by applicable law.
The refund will generally include the purchase price of the returned product.
Where applicable under consumer law, the cost of the original standard delivery will also be refunded. If you chose a more expensive delivery option than the least expensive standard delivery option we offer, the additional cost may not be refundable.
Statutory Right of Withdrawal in the EU
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases, subject to legal exceptions.
The 14-day period generally begins on the day you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.

Our 30-day return policy provides an additional return period beyond the statutory 14-day withdrawal period, subject to the conditions described in this policy.

Condition of Returned Products
Under applicable consumer law, you are generally responsible for any diminished value of goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Our 30-day free-return policy may have additional conditions regarding the condition of returned products, as described above.
Exchanges
We currently do not guarantee direct exchanges.
If you would like a different product, size, colour, or variant, we may ask you to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
